Why Choose Our Backup & DR Services?

A backup you have never restored is just a hope. We design automated, immutable backups, replicate them across regions, define objectives your business can stand behind, and prove recovery works through regular drills—so an outage becomes an inconvenience, not a catastrophe.

Automated, policy-driven backups across every workload
Cross-region and cross-account replication for durability
Clearly defined RTO and RPO objectives per application tier
Documented, runnable DR runbooks and orchestrated failover
Scheduled recovery drills that prove your plan actually works
Immutable, encrypted backups with ransomware protection

Backup & Disaster Recovery Services

End-to-end data protection and continuity services for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises workloads.

Automated Cloud Backups

Policy-driven, scheduled backups of servers, databases, volumes, and object storage with retention tiers, lifecycle rules, and encryption enforced by default.

Cross-Region Replication

Replicate backups and snapshots across regions and accounts so a single-region outage, deletion, or account compromise never becomes a total data loss event.

RTO & RPO Planning

We define measurable Recovery Time and Recovery Point Objectives for each application tier, then architect the backup cadence and failover topology to meet them.

DR Runbooks & Orchestration

Step-by-step, version-controlled disaster recovery runbooks with automated orchestration, so any on-call engineer can execute a clean, repeatable failover under pressure.

Recovery Testing & Drills

Regular game-day drills and automated restore tests validate that backups are recoverable and that your team hits its RTO and RPO targets before a real incident.

Business Continuity & Failover

Warm-standby and pilot-light architectures, automated DNS and traffic failover, and continuity planning that keep revenue-critical services online during any outage.

A Proven Path to Business Continuity

Our four-step approach turns fragile infrastructure into a resilient platform you can trust.

Step 1

Assess & Prioritize

We map your workloads, dependencies, and data flows, then rank each service by business impact to set the right recovery objectives.

Step 2

Automate & Replicate

We implement policy-driven, encrypted backups and cross-region replication, all defined as code for consistency and auditability.

Step 3

Document Runbooks

We author clear, orchestrated DR runbooks so any engineer can execute a clean failover and failback under real-world pressure.

Step 4

Test & Improve

We run scheduled recovery drills, measure results against your RTO and RPO, and continuously refine the plan as your systems evolve.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about backups, replication, recovery objectives, and disaster recovery testing.

What is the difference between RTO and RPO?

RTO (Recovery Time Objective) is how quickly a system must be back online after an incident. RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is how much data loss is acceptable, measured as the time between the last usable backup and the failure. We design your backup cadence and failover strategy to meet the targets each application actually requires.

How often should backups run?

It depends on your RPO. Transactional databases often use continuous or point-in-time backups for a near-zero RPO, while less critical workloads may use hourly or daily snapshots. We tier backup frequency by data criticality so you get the protection you need without over-paying for storage.

What is cross-region replication and why does it matter?

Cross-region replication copies your backups and snapshots to a geographically separate region, and often a separate account. This protects you against region-wide outages, accidental deletion, and account compromise. Without it, a single failure domain can take out both your production data and its only backup.

How do you test disaster recovery?

We run scheduled recovery drills and automated restore tests that spin up your workloads from backups in an isolated environment, then measure actual recovery time and data integrity against your RTO and RPO. Testing is the only way to know a backup is truly recoverable before you need it.

Are backups protected against ransomware?

Yes. We use immutable, write-once backups (such as object-lock and vault-lock policies), separate backup accounts with least-privilege access, and encryption at rest and in transit. Immutable copies cannot be altered or deleted by an attacker, even one with production credentials.

Which clouds and workloads do you support?

We protect workloads across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, plus hybrid and on-premises systems. This includes virtual machines, containers and Kubernetes, managed and self-hosted databases, object and block storage, and SaaS data where supported.

What is a DR runbook?

A DR runbook is a documented, step-by-step procedure for recovering a system after failure, including who does what, in what order, and how success is verified. We version-control runbooks and automate the repeatable steps so recovery is fast, consistent, and not dependent on a single expert.

How much does backup and disaster recovery cost?

Cost depends on data volume, retention length, replication footprint, and how aggressive your RTO and RPO targets are. We right-size storage tiers and replication scope to balance resilience against spend, and we provide a clear estimate after a short assessment of your environment.
